I had a great stay at the hotel with its unbeatable location near the Arc de Triomphe and Champ Elysées. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Bridgette, and the room had a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. However, the noise from neighboring rooms could be a downside, and the lack of phone charging capabilities on the bedside table was a bit inconvenient.
